Fillo is a powerful tool integrated into LoadViewer's flexible planning workflow. Here’s how you can leverage its capabilities:
After logging in, navigate to the main Shipments page. This dashboard shows all your shipments, their owners, and details. To proceed, click the Plans link associated with the shipment you want to work on.
You'll see the Shipment Details screen with the Plans tab active, displaying all existing solutions. To edit the shipment, you first need to make it editable. Click on the Shipment tab.
In the Shipment tab, you can view key shipment details. Click the Make Editable button to enable manual planning and Fillo access.
The shipment status will now be updated to Editable. Return to the Plans tab to continue.
With the shipment now editable, you'll see a new Create a Plan button. Click this to begin your manual plan creation.
A new row for your plan will appear, showing your initial score and three available Fillo coins. Clicking one the Improve button on your row and View button on other rows will open the 3D viewer, where you can inspect the plan in its default 'view mode' to see how the cargo is arranged.
The popup appears in center of the screen showing your load plan with navigation buttons to view all containers and load steps one by one. You can view all plans for the current shipment repeating the prevous steps where view or improve buttons are available but you can edit/improve your own. Click on the edit button as highlighted in the image above.
Click the Fillo button as highlighted in the image to any time to utilize the Fillo functionality. The Use Fillo button shows the current fillo balance (3 in this case). When there are no fillo available this button disappears. There can be separate video availabe on YouTube channel to experience the manual editing process in details. In the present image/screen, the user has filled some of the cartons as per buyer's mandate to keep some cartons of each box at back of the container for easy access and partial filled container is shown. User is ready to click the Use Fillo button as highlighted in the image.
Click the Close button at bottom of the popup or the cross button as highlighted in the image to end the editing of your DIY plan, You may be asked to save the changes, act as per your needs.
The Shipment details with Plans as acite tab is shown with changed details with remaining fillow balance and your plan's score is shown. Optionally click on the Add Fillo in case you need more fillo.
