  • Corporate user accounts are bound to the registered company email domain. Email addresses can be updated within the same domain, but cross-domain changes are not permitted.
  • This ensures account ownership remains with the company, without additional identity management overhead.
  • IT teams can reassign access by updating the email address within the same company domain, preserving continuity during personnel changes. This enables organizations to use named, personal email accounts rather than shared or role-based inboxes.
